the location was great and staff were friendly.
our bathroom was a little dirty with old makeup drips. adding an extra night cost us over $100 more than previous nights.

had a wonderful stay at hilton garden. the staff were incredibly attentive, always greeting us as we came and went. the rooms were comfy, clean, and surprisingly quiet considering the convenient location near hudson yards and times square. the room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff were helpful and responsive, even when we had a small issue with the shower soap. great location, just a short walk from times square, madison square garden, and other attractions. overall, a great experience.

The spacious room, with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, was perfect for my needs. The attentive daily housekeeping and friendly staff made me feel right at home. I look forward to returning.

I chose Hilton Garden for its proximity to Times Square, and it exceeded my expectations. The 24-hour Garden Market had a great selection of snacks for late-night cravings. I also enjoyed a delightful meal at Doyler's Restaurant, and the modern fitness center was a convenient perk.
Rooms are compact for NY, limited late check-out.

clean and quiet 6th-floor room - close to subway - with easy access to all attractions - including Hudson's Yard. nice lobby and secured elevator. friendly and helpful staff - always ready to assist.

Our stay at a conveniently located hotel in the center of Manhattan exceeded our expectations. The friendly staff made us feel safe and welcomed. The spacious and clean room was a pleasant surprise, with added amenities like a coffee machine and microwave. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed for total relaxation. The hot and powerful shower was a bonus after a long day of exploring the city. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to NYC.
Minor plumbing issue during the night caused inconvenience.
